Children's Ministry at FUMCC shepherd's children to experience a life-long journey with Christ.

Nursery

The Nursery is provided at all worship services and most special events. Volunteers help out one Sunday every other month with a nursery during the worship services. Parents are equipped with a special pager to keep in touch with the Nursery during worship and Sunday school. A Greeter would be happy to direct you to the Nursery area of the church. Children's Sunday School

Children Ages 2 - through Grade 5 are invited to participate in Bible Study each Sunday at 9:45 am and 11:15 am. Age graded classes use the age appropriate Methodist Literature series "Exploring Faith." Children learn about God, Jesus, and Bible stories that help them grow in their relationship with God and each other. Bible games, singing, crafts, Bible stories and drama are a few of the teaching methods used each Sunday to give variety and fun to each Sunday morning session. Teachers teach on a rotating basis for the church year Sept.- Aug. Parents and other adults are invited to teach in Sunday School. Contact Children's Ministry Director

Children’s Church

Sundays at 11:15 am in Room 244. Worship readiness for ages 5 years to 2nd grade. Children begin worship with their parents and leave the service with a volunteer for a children’s worship service. Contact Children’s Ministry Director.
