Andante Ringers
Sunday, 4:00 - 5:00 pm in the Sanctuary. A youth handbell choir for youth in grades 7th through 9th with ringing experience. They participate in worship, in the community and on the youth choir tour. Contact Barbara Marley
Celebration Ringers
Sunday, 3:00 - 4:00 pm in the Sanctuary. An advanced handbell choir for youth in grades 10-12. They participate in worship, in the community and on the youth choir tour. Contact David Marlette
Children’s Strings
Ages 10+ Open to children with ensemble experience or taking lessons privately who would work toward sharing their talent in a worship setting. Contact Ted Wagner
Covenant Bells
Wednesdays at 5:15 - 6:15 in the Sanctuary. in Room 216. For youth in the 6th grade with ringing experience and/or a good knowledge of music. Contact Jodi Adams
Never Lonesome
Sundays, 3:00 - 4:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. A praise and worship group designed for 7th - 9th graders to teach them the contemporary styles of worship music and prepare them for participation in the Prazors. Open to anyone in the youth program who sings or plays an instrument. Vocalists must also participate in the New Spirit Youth Choir. Contact Natalie Martin and Charlotte Umstead.
New Spirit Youth Choir
Sundays, 5:00 - 6:00 pm in the Choir Room. For youth grades 6-12. This choir does traditional choral music as well as contemporary Christian music. They participate periodically in worship; provide complete music and drama for the Moravian Love Feast, music for Graduation Sunday, and do an annual spring choir tour that features an entire service of music, scripture and testimonies. Prazors
Sunday 4:00-5:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. An auditioned youth praise and worship group made up of 10th - 12th graders who sing or play an instrument. This group provides music for worship in the Celebration! service, UMYF gatherings and traditional worship services. They participate in the youth choir tour each spring. Vocalists must also participate in the New Spirit Youth Choir. Contact Kevin Richmond and Phyllis Marlette.
Alleluia Brass
Brass ensemble for youth in 8th – 12th grades. Practice as needed for special worship services. Contact David Marlette.
