Long Range Plan

At the September 2010 meeting of the Administrative Board, the Board received, and approved, a Long Range Planning Committee Report that affirmed the continued viability of the current five-phase Long Range Plan. This plan, approved in the early 2000’s, includes the current parking lot as Phase I which has been completed. Phases II through V propose a new Family Life Center and a new or expanded Sanctuary. There was, and there remains, no schedule for the implementation of the remaining Phases II through V, nor have these phases been approved, but merely proposed. Each will require its own separate approval. The Long Range Report also recommended that the ordering of the phases should be re-examined. In all likelihood this will also include a new rendering of the footprint for the various phases in consideration of the recently acquired properties on Zev Summit Lane.
