Worship

Matthew 7:24, 25
Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.

 

 

Worship schedules for the holidays:

Dec 24th—3:30 & 5:00 pm—Children’s Christmas Eve services featuring the puppets! It's Super Christmas!!  *All* ages are welcome.

 

Dec 25th—Merry Christmas! Worship services at 11:05a (sanctuary) and 11:11a (Celebration) only. No ROCK program at 9:45a.

 

Jan. 1st—Happy New Year! Worship services at 11:05a (sanctuary) and 11:11a (Celebration) only. No ROCK at 9:45a.

Children’s Worship

Children are WELCOME in all worship services! If your children like to dance and sing along with praise music, try out the Contemporary Celebration service in our Fellowship Hall at 11:11a. If traditional is more your families’ style, check out the 8:25, 9:45 and 11:05 services in our sanctuary.

If you don’t take your child to a worship service with you, bring them to the ROCK where we worship kid-style all morning long!

During the 8:25 service, the ROCK offers Nursery through 5 year old care located on the ground floor of the Templeton building.

During the 9:45 service, the ROCK offers Nursery through 5^th grade programming from the Ground floor up to the 2^nd floor of the Templeton Building. Check in at a welcome desk by the Nursery on the ground floor or by the East Templeton entrance on the 1^st floor or by the elevators on the 1^st floor for your child’s security number and directions to their classroom.

During the 11:05 and 11:11 service, we have Nursery through 5 year old care located on the ground floor of the Templeton building and Kindergarten through 5th grade kid-worship in room 118.

Nursery

The Nursery is provided at all worship services and many special events. It is our goal at the ROCK to provide a safe and secure loving environment for your child and become your partner in your child’s faith journey. If you are dropping your infant to 24 month year old child off in the Nursery, please stop by the Nursery desk on the ground floor of the Templeton building to sign in, where you will be guided to your child’s room and equipped with a special pager to keep in touch with the Nursery during worship and Sunday school.  A Greeter would be happy to direct you to the Nursery area of the church.
