C.O.W. - Chillin on Wednesday
Chillin on Wednesday provides youth in grades 6-12 with an opportunity to fellowship with friends in a supervised setting from 3:00 - 6:00p.m. Youth will enjoy pool, video games, snacks and a quiet room for homework. They are encouraged to sign up for the Wednesday Night Dinner and participate in W.O.W. from 6:45-7:30p.m. Contact Dawn Woody.
District Events

Girls’ & Guys’ Night Out
Scheduled four times throughout the year, these events allow youth to fellowship with same-sex peers and interact with adult mentors through social and recreational activities such as movies, bowling, lock-ins, etc. Contact Dawn Woody.
Junior Fellowship
Meets one Sunday a month for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders to have fun and fellowship. Program includes large group DVD presentation, discussion and activities. Small groups then break out to have still more fun with activities and learn how to live God’s way in today’s world. One Sunday/month, 5:45 - 7:30p.m. in the Small Dinning Room. Leadership Retreat
An overnight retreat at Camp Agape designed to provide orientation and training for newly elected Youth Council officers and representatives, their adult counselors and other youth who aspire to leadership. Contact Dawn Woody.
Pilgrimage
Held at Crown Coliseum, this Conference event for MYF and local church youth groups challenges participants to develop a new or deeper faith in Jesus Christ. The content of the event focuses on evangelism, faith sharing and discipleship for youth and adult advisors to youth ministry. Contact Dawn Woody. Retreats
Providing a variety of venues from the mountains to the beach and featuring such activities as skiing, whitewater rafting, biking, and leadership development, youth retreats create opportunities for spiritual growth, recreation and fellowship. Contact Dawn Woody.
Turkey Bowl
Traditionally held on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, this annual event combines flag football and other recreational activities with fried turkey and a toy collection for Toys for Tots. Contact David Barrier.
United Methodist Youth Fellowship (UMYF)
Sundays at 6:00p.m. Supper in the Fellowship Hall. 6:30p.m. UMYF in Youth Classrooms. For fellowship and service. Programs include singing, games, small groups, speakers and discussions on a variety of social and spiritual topics of interest to youth. Contact Dawn Woody.
