Fellowship Opportunities for Children

Junior Fellowship
One Sunday/month 5:45 - 7:30p.m. in the Small Dinning Room. Meets one Sunday a month for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders to have fun and fellowship. Program includes large group DVD presentation, discussion and activities. Small groups then break out to have still more fun with activities and learn how to live God’s way in today’s world. Methodist Children’s Fellowship
One Sunday/month. Service and fun activities for 4th - 5th graders. Contact April DeCatsye.

Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS)
Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is open to all mothers-to-be and mothers of children that are newborn to age-5. MOPS is a great way to meet other mothers and discuss the challenges and triumphs faced each day as a mom. MOPS is open to members and non-members of FUMCC. Mothers socialize for the first half-hour, then enjoy a program that may include a speaker or video, a craft and discussion time. Children attend their own program (MOPPETS) and are cared for by thoughtfully hired caregivers. MOPS 1: second and forth Fridays, 9 - 11:3 a.m.; MOPS 2: first and third Fridays, 9 - 11:30a.m. Contact Karen Stinneford.

Preschool Pajama Party
Each January preschoolers 2 years old through Kindergarten meet in the Fellowship Hall for special stories, obstacle course, veggie tale video, music, crafts, Happy Meals from McDonalds and more. A small cost is involved. Parents are needed to stay with their child for this event. Contact April DeCatsye.
