Nursery
The Nursery is provided at all worship services and most special events. Volunteers
help out one Sunday every other month with a nursery during the worship services.
Parents are equipped with a special pager to keep in touch with the Nursery
during worship and Sunday school. A Greeter would be happy to direct you to
the Nursery area of the church. For children from infants - 24 months. Contact Christie Brown at 854-2725 (home) or by email at nursery@fumc-cary.org for more information.
Mothers’ Morning Out
A ministry program to provide a safe and secure Christian environment for children of parents who are at home full-time or working part-time (20 hours a week or less). Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS)
Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is open to all mothers-to-be and mothers of children that are newborn to age-5. MOPS is a great way to meet other mothers and discuss the challenges and triumphs faced each day as a mom. MOPS is open to members and non-members of FUMCC. Mothers socialize for the first half-hour, then enjoy a program that may include a speaker or video, a craft and discussion time. Children attend their own program (MOPPETS) and are cared for by thoughtfully hired caregivers. MOPS 1: second and forth Fridays, 9 - 11:3 a.m.; MOPS 2: first and third Fridays, 9 - 11:30a.m. Contact Karen Stinneford.
