Series: Family Times CD’s are designed to help equip parents with easy to use tools to make the most of everyday moments together. These tools are based on the biblical model that teaches that the home should be the primary place where a child learns about God. Each topic includes a CD and booklets or cards for additional ideas. The six topics include Compassion, Individuality, Honesty, Discipline, Service, and Endurance.
“Living Faith: Exploring the Essentials of Christianity” by Tom Wright. This DVD is a ten-session program covering the Scriptures, Jesus, Paul, history of Christianity, other religions, and living Christianity in the world. This undated curriculum is published by Baker Books.
CCN broadcasts provide FUMC with an opportunity to download some of the simulcasts. Two are now available in the Church Library: “Be Still and know that I am God” and “Finding Joy at Work.” Look in the DVD-CCN section of the library.
NOOMA – What is that?
“We can get anything we want, from anywhere in the world, whenever we want it. That’s how it is and that’s how we want it to be.
